Testing the Connection
Confirm everything is configured correctly before syncing thousands of listings.
Health Check Tool
- Open Integrations → CardTrader → Test Connection.
- Click Run Test. SortSwift pings CardTrader using your JWT token.
- Review the results: authentication, warehouse mapping, and webhook status.
Test Listing Push
- Select a low-value test product in SortSwift.
- Push it to CardTrader and wait for the queue status to reach Success.
- Verify the listing appears on CardTrader and has the correct price and quantity.
- Remove or archive the test listing afterward.
Reviewing Logs
- Activity Feed: Shows each API call with timestamp and status.
- Error Log: Filters entries by test product so you can address issues quickly.
- Webhook Log: Ensures CardTrader’s callbacks are reaching SortSwift.
