Event Management
Create and manage in-store events of all types—from tournaments and prereleases to casual play and classes.
Event Types
Choose from a variety of event types to match your store's offerings. Each type can have default settings and registration options.
- Tournaments: Competitive events with brackets and rounds
- Casual Play: Open play, Commander nights, casual meetups
- Prereleases: Set prerelease events with kit distribution
- Learn-to-Play: Teaching events for new players
- Trade Nights: Trading-focused events
- Leagues: Ongoing league play with standings
- Drafts: Draft format events (e.g., booster draft)
- Sealed: Sealed deck events
- Classes: Instructional or workshop-style events
Event Details
Configure the core details for each event. These fields help customers find and sign up for your events.
- Name: Event title (e.g., "Friday Night Magic", "Pokemon Prerelease")
- Date: Event date
- Time: Start time (and optionally end time)
- Location: Where the event takes place (e.g., main hall, back room)
- Description: Full description of the event, format, and any special rules
- Max Capacity: Maximum number of registrations allowed (optional)
- Entry Fee: Cost to participate (optional; can be free)
