Check-In
Check in registered attendees quickly with QR codes. Reduce lines and confusion at event start time.
QR Code-Based Check-In
Each registered customer receives a unique QR code (e.g., in a confirmation email or on their phone). Staff scan the QR code at the door to mark them as checked in.
- Unique QR Per Registration: Each registration has a QR code tied to that event
- One-Time Use: QR can only be scanned once per event to prevent duplicate check-ins
- Instant Confirmation: Customer sees check-in confirmation; staff sees name and status update
Event Check-In Interface
A dedicated check-in screen for each event. Select the event, then use the scanner to process arrivals.
- Event Selection: Choose the event you're checking in for
- Scanner View: Camera or barcode scanner ready to read QR codes
- Manual Fallback: Look up by name or registration ID if QR fails
Scanning Customer QR Codes
Point the device camera or a connected scanner at the customer's QR code. The system validates the code, confirms the registration, and marks them checked in.
- Valid Code: Customer name appears; check-in is recorded
- Invalid/Wrong Event: Error message if code is for another event or expired
- Already Checked In: Notice if customer was already marked present
