Core product information:

• Handle: SEO-friendly URL slug (auto-generated from product name)
• Title: Product name + set name + card number
• Body (HTML): Rich HTML description with card details, set info, rarity
• Vendor: Configured vendor name (from settings)
• Type: Configured product type (from settings)
• Tags: Comma-separated tags (from settings + auto-generated)
• Published: Published status (TRUE/FALSE)

Variant Fields

Variant-specific information:

• Option1 Name/Value: Condition (NM, LP, MP, HP, DM)
• Option2 Name/Value: Printing (Normal, Foil, Holofoil, etc.)
• Option3 Name/Value: Language (EN, JP, FR, DE, etc.)
• Variant SKU: SortSwift SKU ID for inventory sync
• Variant Inventory Qty: Quantity from SortSwift inventory
• Variant Price: Price from SortSwift (with autoprice applied)
• Variant Compare At Price: Optional compare-at price
• Variant Barcode: Product barcode/UPC if available
• Variant Image: Variant-specific image URL

Image Fields

Product and variant images:

• Image Src: CDN URL for product image (card front)
• Image Position: Sequential number for image ordering
• Image Alt Text: Auto-generated alt text for accessibility
• Variant Image: Variant-specific image URL if different
• CDN Hosting: Images hosted on SortSwift CDN

SEO Fields

Search engine optimization:

• SEO Title: Optimized title for search engines
• SEO Description: Meta description for search results
• Handle: URL-friendly slug (auto-generated)
• Google Shopping Fields: Category, Gender, Age Group, MPN, Labels
• Condition: Google Shopping condition field

Inventory Fields

Inventory tracking and fulfillment:

• Variant Inventory Tracker: Usually "shopify" for Shopify tracking
• Variant Inventory Qty: Stock quantity from SortSwift
• Variant Inventory Policy: Usually "deny" (don't oversell)
• Variant Fulfillment Service: Usually "manual"
• Variant Requires Shipping: TRUE (cards need shipping)
• Variant Taxable: TRUE (products are taxable)
