Build custom reports, track P&L, schedule deliveries, and use community templates for sales, inventory valuation, and platform performance.
Report Builder
Access the Report Builder at /reporting/builder.
- Drag-and-Drop: Build reports by arranging widgets and data blocks
- Templates: Sales, inventory valuation, platform performance
- Parameters: Date range, platforms, games, and more
- Export: CSV, XLSX, PDF
P&L Dashboard
Access the P&L Dashboard at /reporting/pnl.
- Profit & Loss Summary: Overall P&L for selected period
- Profit by Platform: Breakdown by Shopify, eBay, CardTrader, etc.
- Profit Trends: Over-time charts
- Inventory Valuation: Value of inventory at cost/market
- Low Stock Alerts: Items below thresholds
- Shrink/Loss Analysis: Inventory shrinkage tracking
Scheduled Reports
Access scheduled reports at /reporting/schedules.
- Create Schedules: Set up recurring reports with email delivery
- Run Frequency: Daily, weekly, monthly, or custom
- Run History: See past scheduled runs
- Resume Paused Schedules: Reactivate paused schedules
Community Templates
Access community templates at /reporting/community.
- Browse Templates: Explore shared report templates from the community
- Submit Templates: Share your own templates
- Vote: Rate and vote on templates
- Clone: Copy templates into your account and customize
