Deleting Staff Accounts
Permanently remove staff accounts. Historical sales and activity logs remain attributed for audit purposes.
Deleting a Staff Account
- Navigate to /integrations/staffaccounts
- Find the staff member in the list
- Click the Delete icon (trash) in the Actions column
- Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog
Immediate Effects
- Account Removal: Staff account is permanently deleted
- Access Revoked: Staff cannot log in; active sessions are terminated
- List Update: Account removed from staff list
Data Retention
- Sales Records: Historical sales processed by this staff remain; attribution preserved for audit
- Activity Logs: Audit trail retains references to the staff member's past actions
- No Recovery: Deleted accounts cannot be restored
