Customer-Store Messaging
How customers and store owners communicate about orders through the built-in messaging system.
The messaging system is documented in multiple places:

- Message Processing: Messages are stored in
BuylistOrder.messagesarray with sender ('customer', 'store', 'system'), content, timestamp, and optional threadId - System Messages: Automatically generated messages for status changes, item additions/removals, etc. are merged intelligently for cleaner display
